Purchasing

How to buy?

The process is very simple, simply select the products, select the color and the quantity of the items and finally click on add to cart.  You can check on the items in the cart before you finalize your purchase clicking on the icon on the upper right hand side.   Once you click to finalize your purchase we need you to input your information so that we can complete the order, at that point you will select your payment method.  Once you have checked the details of the purchase, follow the instructions depending on the method of payment and your online purchase is ready.

From where can I purchase?

Purchases can be made from any part of the world, your muss purchase will arrive at your doorstep.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit cards and also Paypal.

My credit card was rejected. What might have happened?
  • It may be that your card does not authorize online purchases.  Get in touch with your bank or credit card provider. The process is very simple and can be carried out by phone.
  • The card has expired: check that the card has not passed the expiration date.
  • It could be that the card has reached the purchasing limit:  consult with your bank or credit card provider to make sure that you have not reached the purchasing limit.

Is it secure to purchase online?

Yes, it is safe to purchase online. When you finish the purchase the system will be in touch with the bank that has emitted your credit card taking you to their website in order to authorize the purchase.  Once the bank has confirmed the authenticity of the card, it will automatically return to our website to finalize the order.  This is done to provide maximum security.  Muss does not see or receive any details regarding our clients credit cards.

Shipping

Where can I receive my purchase?

You can receive it at your desired address. Do keep in mind that muss is not responsible for any of the legal customs regulations of any other countries.  As a purchaser, you will be responsible for any tariff or import tax from customs, as well as any delay that can be incurred as a result. We recommend that for more information you contact your national customs office.   

How long will my purchase take to arrive?

Shipping is done through  DHL or FedEx, with the approximate shipping time between 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination country and city.

Returns and refunds

How can I go about changing an article?

All of the muss products are made by hand using natural materials with an excellent level of quality.   Nonetheless, they may have slight “imperfecciones”. Please accept those small details that are actually the beauty of a product made by hand. The imperfections in leather are what make each product unique, keep this in mind before initiating a complaint.

Exchanges and refunds are accepted for products ordered online, if and only if the request is made within three working days of having received the product at:  [email protected]

Those items that are customized or personalized do not have exchange nor refunds.  We look to offer products of excellent quality and durability and thus we use rigorous quality control measures on all of our products.  If you receive a product with factory defects, please be in touch with us at  [email protected] within three business days and we will work out a solution.

The requests for exchanges or refunds after the aforementioned period will not be accepted.  We will also not accept products with signs of use, without the labels or outside of the original packaging.  The product for which you would like a refund or exchange must be returned to us in the same condition and manner that it was received.  As the purchaser you are responsible for any costs that are generated in the exchange or refund of the merchandise.

Muss cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise at the moment of processing the exchange.  If the same product is not available, you can select an alternative product of the same value.    

The refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the initial order. 

Other questions

I have a discount coupon. How do I use it?

After clicking “finish purchase” (finalizar compra), on the page summarizing the order, before inputting all of your information, you can input the coupon and the amount of your cart will update based upon the coupon.
